Bartender Vodka
  • 1 ¾ oz. Ultimat Vodka
    1 oz. Dassai 50 Junmai Daigirjo
    ¾ oz. Yuzu & lemon juice (1:1)
    .5 oz. simple syrup
    Nigori Sake
    4 raspberries
    2 Shiso Leaves
    Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain into ricks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a Shiso leaf.

    Sea salt or table salt
    Shake with ice and strain into shot glass that has been rimmed with sea salt, or lick salt off of hand.

    Combine ingredients in a mason jar, top with Bundaberg Blood Orange. Garnish with Passion fruit and a lime wedge.

    2 oz. grapefruit soda
    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

    1/2 oz bitter herbal liqueur
    2 oz fresh blood orange juice
    1 orange peel
    Add all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice.
    Stir and garnish with an orange peel.

    1 oz. Bourbon
    .5 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
    .5 oz. Lemon juice
    .5 oz. sugar
    Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Top with Samuel Adams Cold Snap. Lightly grate nutmeg to garnish.

    1/2 oz. lemon juice
    1 oz. gin
    2 dashes simple syrup
    Combine gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a champagne glass. Top up with Champagne. Stir gently.
  • 1 part BACARDI Mango Fusion
    ½ part BACARDI Coconut Rum
    Splash grenadine
    Layer all ingredients in a shot glass.
  • 1 ½ oz. vodka
    ¾ oz. lime juice
    ¾ oz. passion fruit puree
    ¼ oz. grenadine
    splash passion bitters
    splash Aperol
    Shake all ingredients (except soda)with ice and single strain into a martini glass. Garnish with Blood orange & Orange zest flame.
